For Elder Law Attorneys

NextPhase Navigators provides non-legal Medicaid application assistance for clients and families who require practical support with the administrative side of the process.

This resource is intended for situations in which legal counsel may establish strategy, while the client or family still requires structured help with document gathering, organization, application preparation support, submission support, and routine follow-through.

Our role is limited, intentional, and administrative in nature.

We assist with document gathering and organization, administrative preparation support for Medicaid applications, submission support, follow-up support when additional information is requested, redetermination support, and administrative implementation support after a legal plan has been established.

We do not provide legal advice, Medicaid planning advice, tax advice, financial planning advice, legal document preparation, or advice that requires legal judgment.

The client is facing a complicated process. Counsel may provide the legal strategy. NextPhase Navigators may help the client carry out the administrative steps required to move the matter forward.

This may be a useful referral resource when the family is overwhelmed by paperwork, the client needs help gathering documents, the family needs administrative follow-through after planning is complete, the client is disorganized or unresponsive, or the matter would benefit from clear administrative support alongside counsel.

We aim to remain within our proper role, communicate clearly, and support the orderly execution of the administrative process.

If this appears to be a useful resource for certain client situations, please contact NextPhase Navigators.
